Founded in 2008 by passionate divers and underwater photographers the society aims to promote the conservation of reefs and the ocean through instruction of underwater photography.
Dear Viewer,
Dont you sometimes wish that you could breathe underwater?
It would be much easier to survive underwater if we could breathe since about 71 percent of the planets surface is covered by oceans.
There is an entirely different world below the surface that remains partially unexplored and unexplained to most of us.
The purpose of this exhibition is to raise awareness of the diminishing health of our oceans and to propose conservation initiatives to improve the state of the oceans around the world.
With these images, the Nature Society would like to let the viewer experience new approaches to underwater life forms.
For viewers who are not divers yet, this is an attempt to inspire and motivate everyone to explore and protect nature.
The members of the Lina Paul McNeil Nature Society are focussed on making a lasting impact, beyond our lifetime, to stop the declining health of our oceans.
Climate change, hurricanes, tsunamis, and global warming are frequent reminders of the vulnerability of our planet.
The oceans will remain our most important source of life.
Enjoy the moments and the images.
